Keep Geertje installed and try again when your connection is stable. A charge is committed only for usable stickers. If the provider succeeded but the app was interrupted, Geertje retries the final accounting step automatically.

Open Settings → Credits and refresh while online. Completed purchases are confirmed by Geertje's server before StoreKit finishes them. Include the approximate purchase time in a support email; never send a full receipt or account credential.

Open Geertje Settings → Notifications. If permission or alerts are disabled, use Open iPhone notification settings. Completion alerts are local, optional, and posted only after usable stickers are ready. Linked WhatsApp alerts additionally require an active linked session, a registered APNs token, and an available service. Opening Geertje reconciles unread state even if a push is missed.

Linked access is controlled by Geertje's server and fails closed. If Chats says unavailable, paused, or could not verify access, nothing new is connected, read, or sent. You can keep making stickers and check again later.

Geertje shows the linked device's best available snapshot, not complete WhatsApp history. Pairing alone exposes no chats. After you choose All or selected conversations, capture begins from that scope; older or interrupted history may remain unavailable.

Use Geertje Settings → WhatsApp → Unlink. Local access ends immediately. If the service is temporarily unreachable, Geertje keeps only a deletion-only capability and retries server erasure on launch or foreground. You can also revoke Geertje in WhatsApp Linked Devices.

Review Geertje's Photos access in iPhone Settings. For Google Photos, reconnect from the picker or share selected photos from the Google Photos app into Geertje.

Open Geertje Settings → Account & support. You can separately disconnect Google Photos and revoke its grant, unlink and erase a linked inbox, delete all stickers saved by Geertje on this iPhone, and delete the cloud generation account.
